Retroalimentación automatizada mediante modelos de lenguaje y producción escrita en estudiantes de educación primaria de Guaranda, Ecuador

La integración de modelos de lenguaje de gran escala en el ámbito educativo ha generado un debate creciente sobre su potencial para apoyar procesos de escritura en los primeros niveles de escolarización. El presente estudio analizó los efectos de la retroalimentación automatizada generada por un modelo de lenguaje sobre la calidad de la producción escrita de estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado de educación general básica en instituciones educativas fiscales de la ciudad de Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar, Ecuador. Se empleó un diseño cuasiexperimental con grupo de control y grupo experimental, mediciones pretest y postest, y una muestra de 127 estudiantes distribuidos en cuatro aulas de dos unidades educativas. El grupo experimental recibió retroalimentación generada por un modelo de lenguaje adaptado, mientras que el grupo de control continuó con retroalimentación exclusivamente docente. La producción escrita se evaluó mediante una rúbrica analítica validada que contempló cinco dimensiones: coherencia, cohesión, adecuación léxica, corrección gramatical y estructura textual. Los resultados mostraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas a favor del grupo experimental en coherencia (p = .003), cohesión (p = .011) y corrección gramatical (p = .007), con tamaños de efecto medianos según la d de Cohen. No se encontraron diferencias en adecuación léxica ni en estructura textual. Entrevistas semiestructuradas con 12 docentes revelaron percepciones mixtas: valoraron la inmediatez del feedback, pero expresaron preocupaciones sobre la dependencia tecnológica y la limitada sensibilidad contextual del modelo. Los hallazgos sugieren que la retroalimentación automatizada puede complementar, aunque no sustituir, la labor docente en la enseñanza de la escritura en educación primaria.
