Uso de dispositivos móviles y su relación con la autorregulación emocional en estudiantes

El uso frecuente de dispositivos móviles se había convertido en una práctica habitual entre los estudiantes, situación que generó interés por conocer su posible relación con la autorregulación emocional y sus implicaciones en el ámbito educativo. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el uso de dispositivos móviles y la autorregulación emocional en estudiantes, así como identificar las características de ambas variables en la población estudiada. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y alcance correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por estudiantes de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de participantes. Para la recolección de información se aplicaron instrumentos, cuya validez y confiabilidad fueron previamente establecidas. Los resultados evidenciaron el resultado principal sobre el uso de dispositivos móviles y que influye sobre la autorregulación emocional. Asimismo, se identificó resultado de la relación entre las variables, con un nivel de significancia variable y un coeficiente de correlación, lo cual permitió establecer la importancia de considerar el uso de dispositivos móviles y la autorregulación emocional dentro del contexto educativo. El estudio aportó información relevante para la comprensión de esta problemática y para el planteamiento de estrategias orientadas al bienestar socioemocional de los estudiantes.
