Abstract

La presencia de conductas adictivas en adolescentes es una problemática de interés comunitario por la coexistencia del consumo de sustancias, el uso problemático de tecnologías y factores psicosociales que incrementan la vulnerabilidad durante esta etapa. El estudio se desarrolló en el marco del proyecto de vinculación con la sociedad “Cuidado comunitario de prevención y atención de conductas adictivas en adolescentes de las tres parroquias urbanas del cantón Jipijapa, año 2026”, con el objetivo de determinar la prevalencia de riesgo de conductas adictivas en adolescentes. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, analítico, retrospectivo y no experimental, mediante revisión de fuentes secundarias, informes, matrices y registros de 384 adolescentes; se emplearon estadística descriptiva, chi-cuadrado, regresión logística, análisis de conglomerados y componentes principales. Los resultados mostraron que el 65,6% presentó algún nivel de riesgo; 31,3% riesgo bajo, 21,9% moderado y 12,5% alto. El uso problemático del teléfono inteligente alcanzó 39,3 %, redes sociales 35,7% y alcohol 30,7%. La influencia de pares presentó la mayor asociación con riesgo moderado-alto, con razón de probabilidades de 3,21. De este modo, se evidenció la necesidad de fortalecer acciones preventivas integrales, familiares y comunitarias.
